Tokubetsu
Authentic Japanese Tea from Family Farms

Where our teas are from

At Tokubetsu, I personally visit small, family-run farms to find teas that prioritize quality and organic farming.

We are proud to offer:
Gentle Sencha (Danouen Farm, Shizuoka) — In Stock
Roast Wakocha (Yamamotoen Farm, Shizuoka) — In Stock
・Coming Soon: Restocks of our Kyoto Genmaicha and Houjicha (Nakai Farm).

Tokubetsu means “special” and “unique” in Japanese, and we strive to live up to that name. Our goal is to provide rare, high-quality teas that are not readily available internationally, while supporting small producers who don’t ship globally.

A Sip for Health, A Boost for Life

Looking for a gentle wake-up, glowing skin, or a moment of pure relaxation? Our Japanese teas are packed with antioxidants (catechins) that support heart health and provide a focused energy boost—without the coffee “crash.”

Whether it’s our vibrant Gentle Sencha, the fruity and roasted Wakocha, or our soothing Genmaicha and Houjicha (restocking soon), there’s a perfect cup for every moment of your day.

Fun Fact: Shizuoka, where our Sencha and Wakocha are grown, is Japan’s top tea region and a famous “longevity hotspot”!

Drink tea, do good – €1 from each purchase supports the Estonian Refugee Council.

Continuing our practice since 2022, a portion of sales will be donated to the Estonian Refugee Council for Ukraine.
We will contribute €1 from each tea item sold.

So far, we’ve donated €447 from sales in 2022 and 2023, and we’re continuing this effort to make a meaningful impact.
