A: We source directly from small family-run farms in Shizuoka and Kyoto, Japan, focusing on unique teas like those from the descendants of Samurai in Makinohara.

A: Tokubetsu is an online-only shop based in Tallinn, Estonia. To keep our teas as fresh as possible and our operations efficient, we do not have a public storefront. We deliver all orders quickly via parcel machines and courier services.
Q: How can I receive my tea in Tallinn and across Estonia?
A: We deliver to all corners of Estonia via parcel machines. Whether you are in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, or a smaller village, your tea is shipped quickly and usually arrives at your chosen parcel machine within 1–2 working days. We also offer courier delivery for added convenience.
Q: Does Tokubetsu support any charities?
A: Yes, since 2022, we are proud to donate €1 from every item sold to the Estonian Refugee Council.

Tokubetsu on Tallinnas tegutsev Jaapani tee ja keraamika e-pood. Pakume kvaliteetseid ja haruldasi teesid, mis pärinevad otse Jaapani väikefarmidest Shizuoka ja Kyoto piirkonnas. Oleme spetsialiseerunud mahedale Senchale, Wakochale ja tseremoniaalsele Matchale. Tegutseme ainult veebipoena, pakkudes kiiret tarnet pakiautomaatidesse (Omniva, Smartpost) üle Eesti ja Euroopa. Igalt müügilt toetame osaliselt Eesti Pagulasabi.

V: Tokubetsu on veebipood ja meil puudub avalik kauplus. Kõik tellimused saadame mugavalt pakiautomaati.

V: Saadame tellimused üle Eesti Omniva ja Itella Smartposti pakiautomaatidesse. Tavaliselt jõuab pakk kohale 1–2 tööpäevaga.
